Dear BJ:    

I cannot tell you in so many words how very happy and pleased I am with the results of your landscaping project. You have outdone yourself in this instance and it will be a lasting testament to your handiwork and a great piece of advertisement for your landscaping company. I am pleased, very pleased indeed.

I am particularly pleased about the palm trees as I am quite partial to them. If you need to adjust anything, especially the watering system or timer, feel free to do so at any time as I want the entire project to look just as fresh and just as new when I come in August.

Now that you have completed this project, feel free to use the photographs as advertisement for future projects and I give you permission to use my name as a reference and a satisfied customer. We have come a far way from our initial meeting, don't you think?      

If you are satisfied that the fences around the air conditioning units and the water pump are both vertical and horizontal and quite stable, then I too will be happy. If not, feel free to adjust them either periodically or permanently. You may plan to paint the poolside with a waterproof, anti-mildew paint in the same of similar color soon.
